Jason Allen Wray,40, passed away at Hancock Regional Hospital on Saturday, May 15, 2021. He was born in Indianapolis, Indiana on November 20, 1980 to Tony and Cheryl (Languell) Wray.
Jason worked as a millwright for 15 years. He enjoyed country music, watching football, baseball and playing golf. His favorite dish was crab legs but liked going to any buffet. One of his very favorites places to go was Don Rigo Mexican Grill. Jason was an amazing father, he loved taking his family to Florida whether it was a road trip or flying. Jason had a way with words, he should've written hallmark cards. Anyone who met him became his friend instantly, he really was indescribable.
Jason is survived by his wife Nicole Wray, his "Queen", 5 children; Bailey "Kiddo", Jordan "the kid", Destiney "Sisser", Madison "Squirt" and Harper "Peanut", a granddaughter, Jocie " Booger", his parents; Tony and Gayle Wray, Cheryl Languell, a sister, twin and best friend, Brandy Mitchell, a sister, Kelly Nickle , maternal grandparents, Betty and Gene Bruce, father in law, David Blessing "Pop", several nieces, nephews, friends and his four legged companion, Gracie.
Jason is preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Bill and Frances Wray
A memorial service for Jason will be held on July 10, 2021 at New Palestine Lions Community Center, 5242 West US 52, New Palestine, Indiana 46163, from 1:00 5:00 P.M.
